Mountain Climbers' Accomplishments So Far in Summary

By the grace of God, we can identify ourselves as women who love to stand in the gap through prayer. 

For the past 17 years we have not only been involved in praying for our families in Kenya, but we have also followed our faith with action by participating in initiatives as per points below.

Corporately, we are diverse in skills, personality, and experience. We are particularly enriched by our range of professional experience including:

About Prayer:

  • Meet every Monday evening for prayers via zoom
  • Meet occasionally for face to face and especially overnight prayer meetings
  • Pray for and encourage bereaved Kenyan families in Australia
  • Pray for Kenyan candidates every year for the last 7 years without fail
  • Pray for our country Kenya especially any major events such as the just concluded general elections where we not only prayed but fasted and prayed for 40 days prior to the crucial day. At this point we acknowledge the hand of God in Kenya and give Him honour and all glory for the peaceful elections and outcomes
  • Pray and visit hospitalised or sick persons
  • We pray for anything affecting Kenya e.g. pray for the church, for rains when we have drought, for integrity in the nation, for security, etc
